Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At Still Young Skincare, we maintain the highest standards of hygiene and safety. Because our products are personal care items, we do not offer refunds or returns once a product has been delivered. Our policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery specifically for reporting damaged or incorrect items. If 7 days have passed since your delivery, we cannot offer an exchange or credit.

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the safety of all our customers, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • All Skincare Serums (Whitening, Anti-Acne, etc.)

  • Facewashes and Cleansers

  • Night Creams and Sunblocks

  • Items purchased during a Sale or Promotion

Exchanges (Damaged or Incorrect Items)

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged during transit, or if you received the wrong product. If you need to exchange a damaged item for the same product:

  1. Take a photo or video of the damaged item/package.
  2. Send an email to support@stillyoungskincare.com or WhatsApp us at +92 3192767977.
  3. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement for you.

Shipping for Exchanges

If an exchange is approved due to our error (wrong or damaged item), Still Young Skincare will cover the shipping costs for the replacement. For any other inquiries, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds are only issued in extreme cases where a replacement is unavailable. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method (Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash) within 7–10 working days.
